The room service was quite poor. We check-in and no towels were present in the room. We called room service to request for towels and we didn’t get them after 2 hours of our request. Even after waiting for the 2 hours, only 2 shower towels were provided and nothing more.
Amenities were good overall.

The hotel is quite far from the city, and it takes an hour. If you call a taxi by yourself, it costs about 100-120 Fijian dollars. If you ask the hotel to call for you, the price will be doubled. If you are visiting Fiji, it is not recommended to book this hotel. The location is too remote. Most of the tours depart from Nadi Dana Road Port. You will have a hard time! There is an additional 90~120 Fijian dollars for round-trip transfers. I ordered a pick-up service with the hotel, and I was charged 211 Fijian dollars.
